Start your journey with other beginners following a structured introductory curriculum so you don’t get lost or miss out on important fundamentals.

Supplement the beginner sessions with additional training and practice time and connect with other members of the HOC community.

Yes. Your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gi (uniform) is included in the cost of the course.
Yes! This BJJ Intro course is designed for those with 0 - 3 months of experience.
This course if for adults (16+) but otherwise everyone is welcome. As long as you are medically cleared to exercise, you can participate. We have students of every size and athletic background come together to train BJJ for the first time.
